What are my shipping options?

We offer standard free shipping to US and US territories. For us to provide free shipping, we use carrier services that takes longer than paid priority services.

Please consider that the covid-19 has affected handling and delivery times in all post offices and we have no control over this. If you purchased multiple items, you may receive separate packages.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping times are us follows.

• For the USA (including Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 3-4 weeks of placing it.
• For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 3-4 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4 weeks.

We do not control post office handling times and custome cleareance times. We will not make refunds for orders that are in transit.
